RECIPE:
1 lb. penne pasta
1 or 2 grilled chicken breasts (shrimp is also great)
Asparagus (steamed or grilled)
1 can artichoke hearts quartered
1 chopped red bell pepper
Enough Captain Mowatt's Undressing to coat.
Boil pasta until tender, have the chicken, asparagus, artichokes and pepper in a large bowl. Drain pasta and add to bowl, then pour on hearty amount of Undressing. It's that simple.....Enjoy!

1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 bottle (4 ounces) Captain Mowatt's Luscious hot sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup (2 ounces) slivered almonds, toasted
1 (8 ounce) can diced pineapple, drained
1 pound cole slaw
Combine mayonnaise, Luscious hot sauce, rice vinegar, and salt in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and toss well. Let sit 15 minutes before serving. This is great on a grilled chicken sandwich, pulled pork or wrap sandwich.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
